Field notes: Mineral hunt

Yesterday we had the best kind of Sunday afternoon!

Thanks to our friend Ali (I feel pretty chuffed about having a friend who’s a geologist) we went on an exploration of the west coast and had a mineral hunt.

The weather was gorgeous, location was stunning and the ocean was sparkly blue.
