I see mentoring as a form of creative action.

Creative action is the ability to turn insight, ideas, and emotions into something meaningful and real. It comes from awareness, is guided by compassion, and is shaped through imagination.

It can show up in many ways—through art, conversation, creativity, movement, or the way we care for ourselves and others.

At its core, it’s about taking intentional, thoughtful action.

That’s how I work as a mentor: helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing and supporting you to turn it into clear, meaningful action in your life.

FOCUS + FLOW MENTORING

Mentoring sessions for those who are ready to meet themselves more honestly in their process — and move forward with intention. This is a focused, supportive conversation where we gently unpack what’s present, and explore how honour your own creative rhyhthm.

Text on the image reads: "mentoring for creatives, facilitators + deep thinkers with Kasia Murfet" and "June intake" and "online and in person."
